Reports To: Report to EPC Sales Manager

Job Overview: The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring the complete project lifecycle from pre-sales support to project closure. The role acts as a bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination, timely execution, proper documentation, and effective project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Telecallers and Survey Executives to resolve customer inquiries related to budget, specifications, BOM, execution, AMC/CMC, and project details.
- Prepare Quotations and PQA by coordinating with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.
- Support project initiation, payment follow-ups, and assign projects to the concerned teams.
- Monitor overall project progress, timelines,



and inter-department coordination.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer queries during project execution.
- Track project costs, material dispatch, and payment schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and daily status reports for management.
- Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate to higher authorities.
- Ensure project closure with customer feedback and commissioning documents.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Project tracking and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge of BOM/BOQ and EPC processes
- MS Excel and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Multitasking and time management

- Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Relevant Field
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination / EPC / Operations (preferred)

Job timing - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working location – Canal Road, Palanpur, Surat, Gujarat

Work Location - On-site
