About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, generate quality leads, and develop strategies that contribute directly to business revenue.

Key Responsibilities



- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Lead digital, offline, BTL, and promotional marketing activities.
- Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns across relevant channels.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.




- Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage social media, content, email, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Build partnerships and identify recent marketing opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team and assign targets/KPIs.
- Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
