- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Follow up on outstanding/unpaid claims.
- Review and work on AR reports.
- Handle denied claims and document the required action.
- Contact insurance carriers regarding pending claims.
- Handle insurance follow-up, patient calling and provider outreach as required.
- Update account information and maintain accurate call/activity logs.
- Communicate with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
- Escalate issues to seniors when required.




- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company/client security, compliance and process guidelines.
- Required SkillsGood English communication skills.
- Comfortable with voice/outbound calling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Neutral English accent is preferred for the voice process.
- For experienced candidates, US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM / AR Calling experience is preferred
