Role: Help onboard cartage drivers (rickshaw pullers, e-loader drivers) onto the Riksha app at transport hubs and mill areas across Panipat.
What you'll do:
Visit drivers at transport nakas/hubs, explain the app in straightforward terms
Help them download the app and complete phone-OTP signup
Assist with KYC — Aadhaar number, Aadhaar photo, passport-size photo upload
Answer basic questions, build trust so drivers actually use the app
Report daily onboarding numbers
Requirements:
Own two-wheeler (mandatory) + smartphone
Basic comfort using apps (WhatsApp-level is enough)
Fluent Hindi; local Panipat area knowledge preferred
Freshers welcome; field/sales experience a plus
Pay:
Fixed: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month
Incentive: ₹50–₹100 per driver fully onboarded (KYC completed, not just signed up)
Location: Panipat (field role, no fixed office)
