We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Panvel. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience in real estate digital marketing is highly preferred.

✨ Key Responsibilities

? Plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

? Manage digital campaigns specifically for real estate projects

? Ensure high-quality lead generation and monitor lead quality

? Optimize campaigns to control CPL (Cost Per Lead)

? Work on multiple marketing projects simultaneously

? Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead flow and conversion alignment

? Prepare regular performance reports and insights

? Strategy & Research Responsibilities (New Additions)





? Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support digital marketing strategies.

? Leverage multiple digital channels to drive engagement and conversions, including:

? Social Media Marketing

? Email Marketing

? Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

? Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

✍️ Content Marketing

? Requirements

✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

✅ Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

✅ Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

✅ Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage

? Must be comfortable traveling to Panvel office (just outside Panvel Railway Station)
