Job Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of IT operations engineers, ensuring best practices and support.
2. Manage and mentor technical operations engineers, conducting performance reviews.
3. Develop strategies and policies for reliable and high-performance systems.
4. Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructure.
5. Collaborate with teams for seamless system deployment and integration.
6. Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
7. Drive automation and improvements to boost operational efficiency.
8. Prepare and present operational reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Education Requirement

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement

10 - 18 years
