Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Core Banking and CASA Operations to support a large-scale Core Banking transformation program. The role focuses on business readiness, process documentation, UAT, migration, and stakeholder coordination for Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation.

Responsibilities

- Drive business readiness activities for Core Banking implementation projects.
- Define and document CASA workflows, SOPs, and business process documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, migration, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization.
- Develop training materials and collaborate with Business, IT, and Vendor teams.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and stakeholder management.

Requirements

- 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in Banking.
- Strong experience in CASA Operations and Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Expertise in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, UAT, and Migration.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
