We are looking for an experienced AWS Solution Architect to join the Account Management team of a leading cloud technology organization. The role involves customer-facing solution architecture, technical discovery, AWS migrations, modernization, GenAI, data analytics, and pre-sales consulting.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Account Managers and prospects to accelerate deals through customized AWS architecture demonstrations for migrations, GenAI, modernization, data analytics, and other use cases.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops to understand customer AWS environments, business requirements, and integration needs.
- Act as a trusted AWS technical advisor, helping customers adopt AWS services, execute large-scale migrations, modernize applications, and develop data analytics solutions.
- Own and scope pre-sales technical engagements, including AWS environments, migration strategies, modernization roadmaps, and analytics requirements.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Professional Services, Support, Product, and AWS Account teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Engage with CTOs, Heads of Technology,



and IT leaders as an AWS Subject Matter Expert and provide technical recommendations.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in AWS technologies as a customer-facing Solution Architect, with strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services.
- Strong experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting, particularly around AWS migrations and modernization.
- Hands-on expertise across AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, VPC, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
- Strong understanding of AWS architecture covering migrations, modernization, security, GenAI, and data analytics.
- Excellent presentation, technical demonstration, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification is required; Professional certification will be an added advantage.
