Product Manager (Roadmap & Team Lead) - Cloud Infrastructure / Kubernetes - Pune - 8-10+ Years

We are looking for a Product Manager with 8-10+ years of experience in product management, ideally within infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes or distributed systems environments. The role requires strong expertise in product roadmap ownership, PRD creation, release management, Kubernetes, multi-cloud, persistent storage and exposure to AI/ML and LLM applications. Strong cross-functional leadership and technical communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

- Defining and maintaining a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business and customer goals.
- Authoring PRDs and partnering with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to drive successful GA releases.
- Standardizing release notes, demo readiness, and field enablement processes.
- Managing 3 direct reports across Product Marketing and Technical Publications while ensuring high-quality content and demos.
- Collaborating with senior leadership on AI/ML, LLM, multi-cloud, and storage strategy.
- Engaging with customers, analysts, and partners to gather feedback and refine product positioning.

Requirements

- Bringing 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes or distributed systems.
- Demonstrating proven ownership of product roadmaps, releases, and customer- and analyst-driven product decisions.
- Possessing strong expertise in Kubernetes, multi-cloud, persistent storage,



and familiarity with AI/ML and LLM applications.
- Demonstrating hands-on knowledge of Linux, container technologies, and Kubernetes environments.
- Possessing strong understanding of distributed systems, storage technologies, SDN, enterprise logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the CNCF ecosystem and open-source community engagement.
- Bringing experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or similar cloud environments.
- Demonstrating experience managing small teams and working effectively across functions.
- Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
