Job Summary

Job Title: SAP GR Developer - AFO / Embedded Analytics

We are seeking an experienced SAP Group Reporting (GR) Developer with solid expertise in SAP Analysis for Office (AFO), Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting reporting and analytics solutions for Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, and Corporate Finance functions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating financial reports, dashboards, analytical queries, and data models using SAP Embedded Analytics, AFO, SAP Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA technologies to support management, statutory, and consolidation reporting requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Group Reporting Analytics

- Develop and support reporting solutions for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Design financial consolidation and management reports for corporate finance teams.
- Build and maintain reports related to:
- Consolidated Financial Statements
- Intercompany Reconciliation
- Consolidation of Investments
- Currency Translation
- Financial Close Monitoring
- Management Reporting

Analysis for Office (AFO)

- Develop and enhance SAP Analysis for Office workbooks and reporting templates.
- Create dynamic reports using SAP BW Queries and CDS-based analytical models.
- Develop drill-down, variance analysis, and financial reporting capabilities.
- Optimize AFO reports for usability and performance.
- Support end-user reporting requirements and report enhancements.

Embedded Analytics Development

- Design and develop:
- CDS Views
- Analytical Queries
- KPIs
- Fiori Analytical Applications
- Custom Reporting Solutions

- Develop real-time reporting solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
- Ensure reporting accuracy,



consistency, and performance optimization.

SAP Reporting & Data Modeling

- Create reusable reporting data models and virtual data structures.
- Develop custom analytical reports for Finance, Consolidation, and Controlling functions.
- Design report layouts and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Integration & Data Management

- Work closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Support integration with:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- SAP Group Reporting
- SAP BW/4HANA
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP Central Finance (CFIN)

- Ensure data consistency across reporting platforms.

Performance Optimization

- Monitor and optimize report execution performance.
- Troubleshoot reporting and analytics issues.
- Improve query response times and reporting efficiency.
- Support data volume management and reporting scalability.

Project Delivery & Support

- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
- Prepare technical design documents and development specifications.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Provide production support and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.

Required Experience

- 8-10 years of SAP reporting and analytics experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
