Position Overview

Mid-Level AI/LLM Engineer - Technology / AI - Gurugram - 2-4 Years

We are looking for a hands-on AI/LLM Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or conversational AI environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Flask, OpenAI, RAG, and AI-agent frameworks such as CrewAI or LangChain. This role focuses on optimizing and debugging an existing production WhatsApp AI Sales Agent, improving memory, context, response quality, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

- Debugging and improving AI agent memory, conversation context, and response quality.
- Optimizing RAG and product knowledge grounding while reducing LLM hallucinations.
- Resolving duplicate, delayed, and out-of-order WhatsApp responses.
- Improving follow-up handling and English/Spanish response consistency.
- Developing tests and supporting staging and production fixes to prevent regressions.
- Collaborating with the Senior Engineer on implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of practical experience in AI/LLM, Generative AI, or conversational AI development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Flask/REST APIs.




- Proven experience working with OpenAI and AI-agent frameworks such as CrewAI or LangChain.
- Strong understanding of RAG, memory/context management, APIs, and databases.
- Hands-on experience debugging and optimizing existing production AI/LLM systems.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and software testing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
