You'll be the person the company turns to when a matter can't be handled with a template, running the full legal function end-to-end: land and property title disputes, corporate law and statutory compliance, labour and industrial relations matters, FSSAI and AGMARK regulatory compliance,



and direct and indirect taxation disputes. You'll accompany and support our external counsel at every court appearance, civil courts, revenue courts, labour tribunals, and wherever else a matter lands, not just brief them from the office and wait for an update. You'll also build and run the internal legal team. We need someone who has actually stood beside counsel in a courtroom facing a judge, a labour commissioner, and a tax officer, not just someone who has reviewed contracts from a desk for 15 years.
