Job Description – Field Officer (Operations – IFM)

Position: Field Officer – Operations (Integrated Facility Management)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience Required

- Minimum 3–7+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Security Services, or Facility Operations.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience in Facility Management / Security Operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor operational performance.
- Plan and execute manpower deployment for Security Guards and Soft Service staff.
- Recruit Security Guards and Soft Service personnel based on operational requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of deployed staff.
- Ensure smooth operational activities across all assigned locations.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports,



attendance records, deployment reports, and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.
