Location: Village Hardi Bhimbhori, Berla (C.G)
Reporting To: Director
Experience: 4–7 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Steel / Engineering / Fabrication Industry
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The position will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, HR documentation, contractor management, and employee engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
