Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer / AI Architect with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Deep Learning, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and work directly with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLM and Generative AI applications.
- Develop production-grade RAG pipelines, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Work with transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Develop ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and related frameworks.
- Design ML/AI pipelines covering data ingestion, training, inference, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Implement MLOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow/Kubeflow, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.
- Build solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including scalable GPU/AI infrastructure.
- Optimize model performance, latency, accuracy, scalability, and cloud costs.
- Establish responsible AI practices including security, governance, observability, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Lead technical discussions with US clients, product teams, architects, and engineering leadership.




- Mentor senior/junior engineers and provide technical direction across AI initiatives.

Experience Requirements

- 10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience.




- Proven experience taking AI/ML solutions from POC to production at enterprise scale.
- Strong experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications.
- Experience leading architecture and technical delivery for complex AI projects.
- Experience working with US clients or distributed international engineering teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, quantization, and GPU optimization.
- Experience with AI security, governance, responsible AI, and model-risk management.
- Published research, patents, or strong open-source/GitHub contributions are a plus.

Working Hours

US Shift: Approximately , with flexibility depending on US client time-zone requirements.

Compensation

depending on technical depth, leadership capability, GenAI expertise, and interview performance.

Exceptional candidates with strong architecture, GenAI, cloud, and enterprise delivery experience may be considered for higher compensation.

Ideal Candidate

A strong candidate for this role should be able to independently architect an AI solution, build the core components, deploy it to production, establish MLOps/observability, and communicate the technical strategy effectively to US stakeholders.

Pay: ₹8,000,000.00 - ₹9,000,000.00 per year
