What You Can Expect

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining web applications. You should be comfortable working on both the frontend and backend and be able to take ownership of features from development through deployment. You’ll work closely with our product, design, QA, and development teams to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Develop APIs and backend services.
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work closely with QA, designers, project managers, and other developers.
- Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them within timelines.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
- Good hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, or Next.js. Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python,



or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, and web application architecture. Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Valuable understanding of application security, performance, and scalability.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valuable to Have:
- Experience working on SaaS products.
- Experience with microservices and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based applications or integrating AI APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
