Role Overview : We're hiring a Senior Manager and Manager for our Statutory, Internal & Systems Audit practice.

This role suits an experienced audit professional ready to independently plan, execute, and conclude engagements while leading and mentoring audit teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and conclude statutory, internal, and systems audit engagements independently
Lead and review the work of audit teams on large, complex, multi-industry assignments
Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SAs), Ind AS, the Companies Act, and applicable tax regulations




Manage client relationships with strong client-facing communication and reporting
Support IT/systems audit and internal controls assessments (DISA/CISA exposure a plus)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience
Prior experience at a large or mid-size CA firm
Solid technical knowledge of SAs, Ind AS , Companies Act, and tax regulations
Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage engagements end-to-end
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
DISA / CISA certification an added advantage
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
