Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst Location: Remote– India Experience: 7–10 Years Employment Type: Contract Start Date: ASAP Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Report Building .The candidate will be responsible for redesigning existing HR reporting and developing/enhancing custom reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors platform . The role will work closely with HR stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical teams to deliver accurate and effective reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities Design, build, enhance, and maintain custom reports in SAP SuccessFactors . Develop reporting solutions based on HR business requirements. Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from HR stakeholders. Work with SAP and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR reporting data . Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues. Support end users with SuccessFactors reporting capabilities and best practices. Enhance existing reports and migrate/redesign current HR reporting solutions where required. Maintain appropriate documentation for reporting requirements and solutions.MUST-HAVE SKILLS 7–10 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience .



Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Report Building – MANDATORY. Proven experience developing custom reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors . Strong understanding of SuccessFactors reporting capabilities and reporting tools .Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. NOT REQUIRED SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Configuration is NOT required. SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience is NOT required.Candidates should primarily have robust SuccessFactors Reporting / Report Building experience. Good to Have Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data migration . Experience supporting global HR teams . Understanding of HR data governance and reporting controls .
