Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include,



but are not limited to, the following:- Drive target-oriented, direct-to-farmer (B2C) sales. - Proactively engage with farmers to promote Biochar product adoption. - Conduct village/field visits and individual farmer meetings. - Conduct demonstrations and trials wherever required. - Organise and conduct farmer meetings. - Gather customer feedback, videos, and testimonials.- Build and maintain dealer/retailer relationships. - Generate leads within the assigned territory. - Undertake extensive field travel within the assigned territory. Ideal Candidate Profile: - BSc/MSc (Agriculture/Horticulture). - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.- Comfortable with extensive field travel and village-level engagement. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with farmers and dealers. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
