Are you a Civil Engineering or Architecture qualified with strong expertise in land-related matters, statutory regulations, corporate real estate coordination, and stakeholder management? We are looking for a professional who can drive land purchase and divestment of underutilized assets while coordinating effectively with Legal, Design, Statutory Approvals, and internal business teams.

A leading organization offering an opportunity to work on Corporate Real Estate and land-related initiatives, with exposure to land transactions, legal matters, statutory approvals, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Drive land purchase and divestment of underutilized assets, ensuring effective coordination and execution.

- Develop a thorough understanding of land-related issues, matters, and requirements.

- Coordinate closely with the Legal team on land-related legal matters and provide the required information and documentation.

- Facilitate coordination with Design and Statutory Approval teams to address approval-related issues and drive timely resolutions.

- Coordinate with various divisions within G&B; to ensure smooth execution of Corporate Real Estate initiatives.

- Support and coordinate Corporate Real Estate projects across relevant internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of land-related issues and matters.

- Well-versed with MRTP, MLRC, UDCPR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

- Ability to effectively collaborate with Legal teams and provide accurate information and data for land-related matters.

- Strong coordination skills with Design and Statutory Approval teams.

- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal divisions and stakeholders.

- Strong communication,
