Experience Range: * 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands-on quality engineering within Salesforce Sales Cloud
Key Responsibilities: * Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud modules, such as Chance Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test cases to validate business processes and integrations within Sales Cloud
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure sales workflows and territory planning meet quality standards and business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools, driving resolution and continuous improvement
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud features to ensure system reliability and accuracy
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams, supporting timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Configure test environments and data sets to simulate real-world sales scenarios and validate end-to-end business flows
- Enhance quality engineering best practices within the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain
