? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM – CRM to take complete ownership of the post-sales customer journey.

You will be the key point of accountability for every buyer's experience after booking — ensuring documentation, collections, customer communication, coordination and handover are managed smoothly and professionally.

This is a high-touch role involving premium, HNI, NRI and second-home buyers, where service quality, ownership and attention to detail are critical.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle — from welcome and documentation to payment milestones and possession/handover.

• Own and monitor construction-linked payment collections, including demand generation, follow-ups, outstanding dues and collection efficiency.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve queries related to agreements, payment schedules, timelines and statutory formalities.

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal,



Accounts and Project/Site teams to ensure every customer file is accurate and up to date.

• Manage customer documentation including allotment letters, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, registration and applicable Section 118 formalities.

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, referrals and long-term customer relationships.

• Promote and coordinate enrolment into the company's rental-management program where applicable.

• Maintain the CRM system as the single source of truth for customer status, collections, documentation and communication.

• Prepare regular MIS and management reports covering collections, ageing, customer status and escalations.

• Handle customer escalations and grievances professionally and discreetly, particularly for HNI and NRI clients.

? What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM, Post-Sales or Customer Relationship Management, with 2–3 years in a senior/managerial role.

• Hands-on experience managing collections against construction-linked payment plans.

• Strong working knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA compliance.

• Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh land regulations, including Section 118, will be a strong advantage.

• Strong proficiency in CRM software with excellent data and process discipline.





• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong customer-service orientation with the maturity to manage demanding and high-value clients calmly.

• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willingness to work on-site in New Shimla.

• Experience with luxury, resort or second-home residential projects.

• Experience handling NRI customers.

• Exposure to rental, leaseback or property-management programs.

• Strong understanding of premium real estate customer experience.
