Summary

We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to strengthen the organization's data quality, governance, and transparency capabilities across enterprise data products. The role will focus on data quality monitoring, governance rules, metadata management, data lineage, and report-to-definition alignment. The ideal candidate will work closely with analytics, data engineering, business teams, and data owners to improve the accuracy, trust, and usability of critical data assets.

Responsibilities * Enhance and maintain Data Quality (DQ) dashboards, identify data issues, and support remediation through improved monitoring and accuracy-focused DQ rules.

- Use Dataiku to build and automate data pipelines feeding DQ dashboards, reducing dependency on embedded queries within Power BI reports.
- Configure and maintain data quality rules and metrics for key enterprise data products and support data quality strategy initiatives.
- Curate and govern metadata in Alation, including business and technical definitions, glossary terms, data classifications, PI/PII flags, ownership, data quality rules, and data lineage.
- Maintain alignment between Alation definitions and published reports,



document source-to-target and downstream report lineage, and collaborate with business users, data owners, and data engineers to resolve data issues.

Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, or a related domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Alation, including data cataloguing, metadata management, glossary maintenance, lineage, and documentation.
- Mandatory experience with Dataiku for data pipelines, data preparation, automation, or data quality activities.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, data standardization, data quality analysis, database management, data mining, and reporting concepts, with exposure to SQL databases/Amazon Redshift.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts; exposure to Informatica CDQ and MDM initiatives will be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
