A qualified Chartered Accountant with approximately 3 years of post qualification hands-on experience in GST litigation, GST return filing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of GST law, departmental procedures, and should be comfortable handling notices, appeals, and GSTR return workings preparation.
andle GST departmental audits, investigations, and queries from GST authorities.
Summarising and collating the GSTR return workings and preparation of notice reply requirements (e.g., SCNs, DRC-01A, ASMT, audit objections).
Assist in preparing and filing appeals before appellate authorities.
Coordinate with legal counsel in case of complex litigations.
Preparation of GST outward supplies workings and uploading of the same on the GST portal.
Monitoring of input tax credit and follow up with the respective departments for effective availment
Preparation of GST inward supplies workings ,ITC reconciliation and uploading of the same on the GST portal.
Reviewing of filed monthly GSTR 1 and GSTR 3 any differences brought to the knowledge of the management.
Reconciliation of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B with GSTR GSTR 9 & 9C
Liaising with statutory / internal auditors, etc. for timely completion of audits & implementing audit observations
Prepare and provide MIS reports, and GST ligation status tracker on time, as and when required
