We are looking for a Workforce, Project & Supply-Chain Operations Specialist with strong experience in operational planning, project coordination, resource management, procurement, logistics, and process optimization.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing people, resources, timelines, vendors, inventory, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor workforce capacity, resource allocation, and operational requirements

• Coordinate projects, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and timelines

• Track team productivity, utilization, staffing requirements, and performance

• Support procurement, vendor-management, inventory, and supply-chain workflows

• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and operational data

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

• Monitor project risks, delays, dependencies, and resource constraints

• Develop operational plans, schedules, and performance dashboards

• Support supplier evaluation and procurement decision-making

• Analyze logistics, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment processes

• Prepare operational reports and management summaries

• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution and delivery

Required Qualifications





• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field

• Strong project-management and operational-planning skills

• Experience with spreadsheets and business reporting

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, CSCP, CPIM, or similar qualification

• Experience in workforce planning, project management, procurement, logistics, or supply-chain management

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or operational analytics tools

• Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, or capacity planning is a plus
