Requirements:

- 2- 3 years of experience in solar system design and execution
- Should have hands on knowledge of execution, if i give you an MC4 connector, you should know how to crimp it.
- Location: Mumbai (if you are living in Mumbai, its an advantage)
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and any solar design software (Arka, Helioscope, etc)
- Having a Passport is an advantage

Job Description:

- Site Assessments: Conduct feasibility studies and surveys for rooftop and ground-mounted systems
- Design & Engineering: Prepare PV layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable routing,



and select compliant equipment
- Analysis & Simulation: Perform energy yield calculations, shading analysis, and system modeling
- Project Execution: Partner with EPC teams through installation, commissioning, and safety compliance
- Proposals & Documentation: Prepare technical documents and support tender/bidding activities

As its a small company, you will have to wear many hats as an when tasks or projects come.
