Travel Coordinator – AVINTUS TRAVELS
Location: India / Remote
Experience: 1–3 years in Travel, Tourism, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Handle leads from Instagram, WhatsApp & Phone
- Respond to enquiries and share packages/quotations
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate hotels, flights, transfers, visas & travel documents
- Maintain customer/lead records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with international suppliers
- Provide pre- and post-travel customer support
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of international travel/visa process is a plus
