Role Description The Motion Graphics Compositor will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating closely with directors, editors, and other artists to create polished, visually engaging content. Daily responsibilities include compositing CG elements with live-action footage, integrating animation and visual effects, and refining lighting and color to achieve the desired look and feel. The role involves preparing assets, matching shots to project specifications, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining consistency across sequences.



The Motion Graphics Compositor will also participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure that all deliverables meet studio quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications

- Strong compositing skills with experience in integrating Compositing, Live Action, and Computer Graphics elements into cohesive shots.
- Proficiency in Animation and motion graphics techniques for film, commercial, and digital content.
- Solid understanding of Lighting principles for CG and live-action, including color grading and shot matching.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard compositing and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Nuke, Fusion, or similar tools).
- Ability to interpret storyboards and animatics, and translate creative direction into high-quality visual output.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work effectively within a cooperative studio environment.
- Relevant education or training in animation, visual effects, film, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating compositing, motion graphics, and CG integration work.
