Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer and Sales Associate role based in Hyderabad. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their requirements, presenting design concepts, and recommending suitable interior solutions. The Designer and Sales Associate will prepare layout options, assist with material and product selection, and coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing accurate product information, generating quotations, and following up with prospects to close sales.



The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, keeping design portfolios up to date, and contributing to a positive customer experience throughout the sales and design process.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design skills to create functional and appealing design solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, to support business growth.
- Relevant qualifications in interior design, architecture, or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and measurements, with basic proficiency in design tools or software.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and client interactions.
- Prior experience in interior or kitchen and bath retail environments is an advantage.
