Merchandiser

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, production follow-up, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, planning, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.- Manage orders from development to final delivery.- Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing, and order sheets.- Follow up on samples, approvals, production, quality, and shipment schedules.- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely completion of orders.- Monitor production progress and resolve day-to-day issues.- Communicate buyer requirements clearly to production teams.- Track material availability, production timelines, and delivery commitments.- Conduct quality checks and coordinate corrective actions when required.- Maintain accurate records, reports,



and merchandising documentation.- Support product development and suggest improvements based on market and buyer requirements.- Ensure orders meet required quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–5 years of experience in merchandising preferred.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Good knowledge of product development and production processes.- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.- Robust attention to detail and time-management skills.- Ability to handle multiple orders and work under deadlines.
