Role Description The Marketing Executive – Creative & Communications is an in office role based in Mumbai. The role will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with planning, coordinating content for digital and offline channels, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, helping prepare presentations and marketing collateral, and collaborating with sales and project teams to align messaging with business objectives. The exec will also contribute to social media posts, internal communications, and event-related materials, while learning to track and report on campaign performance under guidance from senior marketing team members.

Key Responsibilities

Create marketing creatives,



social media content, presentations, brochures and other collaterals.

Develop engaging presentations and communicate ideas effectively.

Support social media, events, campaigns and internal communications.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, ideation and productivity.

Must-Have Skills

Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in Canva and good knowledge of PowerPoint.

Solid written, verbal and presentation skills.

Valuable working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.

Strong interpersonal/social skills and confidence in interacting with people.

Creative mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Freshers with relevant internships, college projects or a creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.
