Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their Home Loan requirements.
- Explain housing finance products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the initial loan process.
- Collect basic customer information and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve assigned business and customer acquisition targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
