Hiring || Inside Sales Executive || Delhi

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join our sales team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales discussions with prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product,



and customer support to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation when required.
- Track competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and sales processes.
