Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers.

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality service to customers, driving customer satisfaction, achieving operational excellence, and contributing to overall business growth within the state. Leads a team of service professionals, manages resources, and implements strategies to optimize service delivery and performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all service delivery operations within the Karnataka state

• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics

· response times -TAT, customer satisfaction, Service & AMC revenue , Implement improvements

• Achieve the service revenue and its collection targets

• Manage and optimize resource allocation (personnel, equipment, tools) to meet service demands effectively

• Manage the ASP / sub contractors appointments and their mode of operation





• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

• Ensure Team has following the company policies and regulations

• Ensure the Daily productivity in filed service and keep on improve

• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members

• Develop and manage the service budget for the state, ensuring cost-effectiveness and effective resource utilization

• Monitor and control service expenses

• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, key metrics, and initiatives to senior management

• Manage inventory related to service parts and equipment, as needed

Qualification & Work Experience

Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics

5 years as Manger service of a reputed Power electronics UPS company

Team strength handled – Minimum 25 engineers
