We are looking for a Lead – Accounting to drive accounting operations within our Managed Services business. The ideal candidate should come from an Accounting Services firm / outsourcing setting, with strong experience in managing multiple clients, leading service delivery, and driving finance digital transformation and automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end accounting operations for managed services clients across multiple engagementsOversee general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processesEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standardsAct as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfactionManage service delivery SLAs, KPIs, and client expectationsDrive finance digital transformation initiatives across engagementsIdentify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, workflows, AI-led tools)
to improve efficiency and accuracyLead automation projects from ideation to implementation and stabilizationEnsure compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirementsReview financials and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholdersLead, mentor, and scale a team of accounting professionalsSupport transitions of new clients and stabilize operations post-go-livePreferred ExperienceCA with 12 – 15 years in an Accounting Services firm.Proven track record in finance digital transformation and automation projectsExperience with RPA tools (e.G., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and finance tech solutionsStrong understanding of accounting standards, reporting, and complianceExcellent client management, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership and team management capabilities
