The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into business.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.Prospect and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.Understand client staffing requirements and position appropriate IT staffing/C2H solutions.Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.Negotiate commercials and support the closure of staffing deals.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions,
