You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for our key accounts, working with clients and our creative team to keep good work moving and on time.What you'll do:Be the primary point of contact for the client, managing communication, feedback and approvalsUnderstand the client, their brands and their requirements, while keeping our processes in mindManage projects from brief to delivery, keeping timelines, priorities and scope on trackManage account requirements including budgets, proposals, estimates, POs and invoicingWhat you bring:3–6 years of experience in project management, account management or client servicingExperience working with large corporate or MNC clients,



preferably in a creative environmentStrong understanding of creative workflows and experience working with design teamsStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with an eye for detailBonus points if you can keep a room calm when everyone else is asking, “But can we have it by EOD?”Why us?Because we care deeply about craft, but we also believe good work comes from good company.
