This role involves managing the complete sales process from initiation to closure.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the HR Tech sector.- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate SaaS solutions.- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.Requirements:- Proven experience in sales within the HR Tech industry, particularly with SaaS solutions.- Demonstrated success in selling to both SMEs and enterprise-level clients.- Strong negotiation, communication,
