Company: Assets Roster Private Limited Location: New Delhi Experience: 2–5 Years Travel: Willingness to travel across IndiaRole OverviewAssets Roster is looking for a hands-on Chartered Accountant to independently manage Fixed Asset Management projects from planning to final closure.The role involves managing Physical Verification and Tagging teams, mapping physical assets with the Fixed Asset Register, reconciliation, exception analysis, client coordination and final management reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Fixed Asset Management assignments from project initiation to closure.Plan project timelines, manpower deployment and location-wise execution.Lead and supervise Physical Verification and Asset Tagging teams.Conduct daily team briefings and monitor productivity, quality and timelines.Review the client’s Fixed Asset Register and identify data gaps.Manage Books-to-Floor and Floor-to-Books verification.Map physically verified assets with FAR records.Reconcile asset quantities, values, locations and tag numbers.Analyse exceptions such as:FAR assets not physically foundPhysical assets not recorded in the FARLocation mismatchesScrap, damaged, obsolete or idle assetsDuplicate or missing asset tagsCoordinate with the client’s Finance, Administration, IT, Engineering and Operations teams.Review project data,



supporting photographs and tagging records for accuracy.Prepare updated FARs, exception reports, reconciliation summaries and management presentations.Present project findings and recommendations to the client’s senior management.Ensure timely client sign-off and formal closure of the assignment.Candidate ProfileQualified Chartered Accountant.2–5 years of experience in audit, fixed assets, internal controls, reconciliation or project management.Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting and Ind AS 16.Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.Solid team-management and client-handling capabilities.Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple locations.Willingness to travel and stay at client locations when required.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Physical Verification, FAR preparation, Fixed Asset Reconciliation, Internal Audit, ERP systems or multi-location project execution will be preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to lead large Fixed Asset Management assignments.Direct interaction with CFOs, Finance Heads and senior management.Exposure to multiple industries, asset-tagging technologies and Fixed Asset Management Software.Strong growth opportunities in project leadership and consulting.
