SAP IBP Consultant – S/4HANA TransformationExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: Delhi NCR Industry: Global medical device manufacturingFocus: SAP IBP + Demand/Supply Planning + S/4HANA + MRPJob RoleSupport a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.Work across Demand Planning and Supply Planning.Strong focus on SAP IBP, ECC/S/4HANA integration and downstream MRP execution.Understand how IBP planning decisions translate into ERP execution.Hands-on experience with Time-Series Planning and/or Order-Based Planning.Key responsibilitiesConfigure and support IBP Demand and Supply Planning.Work with planning operators, key figures, planning levels, planning areas and heuristics.Design supply plans considering demand, constraints, capacity and inventory.Support forecasting, forecast adjustments, consensus planning and forecast validation.Measure/improve forecast accuracy.Validate the end-to-end flow from demand through IBP supply planning into ERP.Design/support IBP–ECC/S/4HANA integration for master and transactional data.Perform integration testing.Troubleshoot differences between IBP supply plans and S/4HANA/ECC MRP.Analyse shortages, exception messages and planning inconsistencies.Work with SAP PP/MM teams.Support MRP configuration/troubleshooting, including MRP types, lot sizing, planning strategies,



scheduling and special procurement.Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover and post-go-live.Conduct workshops and requirements gathering.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios and process documentation.Required technologies 5+ years SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.Strong hands-on SAP IBP Demand + Supply Planning.Time-Series and/or OBP experience.Strong knowledge of IBP planning operators, key figures, heuristics, planning levels and planning areas.Forecasting and forecast-accuracy experience.IBP integration with ECC/S/4HANA.Understanding of master/transactional data integration.Strong understanding of IBP → ERP → MRP planning flow.Hands-on S/4HANA/ECC MRP configuration and troubleshooting.Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.Business stakeholder, requirements, workshop and UAT experience.Good to haveMedical devices / pharma / life sciences / regulated manufacturing.S/4HANA migration/transformation experience.Global SAP template/rollout experience.SAP CPI/integration technologies.SAP Analytics Cloud.Agile delivery.Manufacturing SCM knowledge covering demand, production, inventory and procurement
