We are looking for a proactive and responsible Club Manager to lead the club’s daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between all teams.Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead and train the sales team to drive gym membership sales✅ Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and trainers to boost Personal Training (PT) revenue✅ Manage day-to-day club operations including facility upkeep, expenses, and vendor management✅ Hire, train, and oversee staff as needed (sales, housekeeping,



etc.)✅ Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain gym decorum✅ Supervise and support execution of local marketing initiatives and oversee social media presence✅ Track performance metrics and identify areas for growth or improvement✅ Ensure alignment with Anytime Fitness brand standards and member expectationsWho Should Apply??
