Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the branch level, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Act as a strategic advisor to branch clients, providing insights, recommendations, and innovativesolutions that align with their objectives and drive business impact. Collaborate with senior leadership at the corporate level to develop and execute branch-specificaccount strategies, forecasts, and budgets to achieve revenue targets and profitability. Lead branch-level client meetings, presentations, and reviews, showcasing branch capabilities,results, and value propositions. Drive business growth at the branch level by identifying new business opportunities, developingorganic growth strategies, and expanding service offerings to meet client needs. Ensure the successful execution of marketing and advertising campaigns at the branch level,overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Utilize data analytics, market research, and industry insights to drive strategic decision-making atthe branch level, optimize campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities. promoting teamwork, creativity, and accountability.Qualification Required: MBA from top tier Management Schools in India or abroadExperience Required: 18 - 22 yearsSkills/ Competencies Required: Candidates only from Advertising / Marketing background. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage and influencestakeholders at all levels, including clients, senior leadership, and internal teams. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive business growth for clients and the agency at the branch level. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and campaign performancemetrics to drive data-driven decision-making at the branch level. Deep understanding of the advertising, marketing, and communications industry, includingemerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
