Department: Information TechnologyLocation: UDIT, Sector 68, GurugramReporting To: Head – ITExperience: 3–6 YearsJoining: Immediate / Short NoticeROLE OVERVIEWThe Senior Executive– IT will manage and support IT infrastructure, cloud services, endpoint management, identity and access management, IT security, networking, Wi-Fi, classroom technology, audio-visual systems, ERP, CRM, and day-to-day IT operations across the university.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, Autopilot, and endpoint security policies.Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and access management.Manage Microsoft365 / Office 365, licensing, user administration, and related services.Administer Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Groups, users, organizational units, and security policies.Manage endpoint security, including antivirus/EDR, encryption, patching, firewall, device compliance, and endpoint hardening.Provide L2/L3 support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi, networks, and IT infrastructure.Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi infrastructure, network connectivity, access points, controllers, and user access.Install, configure, and support classroom AV and technology systems, including projectors, displays, interactive panels, microphones, speakers, video conferencing, and lecture-capture systems.Provide technical support for classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, auditoriums, and other learning spaces.Manage and support the university ERP system, including user access, issue resolution, data accuracy, module coordination, and vendor coordination.Support CRM platforms, including user management, workflows, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.Coordinate with academic, administrative, and support teams to resolve ERP, CRM, AV, classroom technology, network, and IT-related issues.Manage IT assets, software licenses, network devices, AV equipment,
