Ensuring Quality and safety compliance

Slab checking

Study of drawings & raising RFI in case of discrepancy

Checking quantities with billing engineer and billing

7.

Reconciliation of materials to be done with every bill

8.

Co-ordination and follow up with contractor

9.

Co-ordination with pre-engg team, architect & consultants

10.

Co-ordination with planning and preparing micro-schedule as per schedule

11.

Conducting safety tool box meetings

12.

Escalating critical issues to PM

13.

Maintaining records for reason of delay and Poor quality

14.

To hand over the final product to the facility department as per the expectations of the customer
