With over 150+ successfully completed residential projects, we are committed to delivering exceptional design experiences and personalized living spaces.We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Design Sales who can understand client requirements, provide design solutions, and convert inquiries into successful projects. Key Responsibilities - Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements. - Conduct client consultations and site visits when required.- Present 3D design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals. - Prepare quotations and explain project scope, timelines, and pricing. - Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects. - Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.



- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. - Update client interactions and sales progress in CRM or tracking systems. - Stay informed about interior design trends, materials, and industry developments. Required Skills - Solid Interior Design&Material; Understanding - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Client relationship management skills. - Understanding of residential interior design concepts. - Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in interior sales, design consulting, real estate sales, home décor, modular kitchens, furniture sales, or related industries. - Experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
