FRESHERS or Candidates with 1-2 years experience Fluency in Telugu is a MUST Salary: 15k per month Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement&Assistance; - Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution. - Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage. - Make product related and recipe videos and post it on AMC SoMe handles.Sales Support - Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures. - Upsell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products. - Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers. After-Sales Support - Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty.- Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests. - Make tele service calls to all the new AMC customers to guide them in proper usage of Cookware. - Conduct Customer training classes for new/old customers Generate sales leads - Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions,



cooking schools, and government institutions etc- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Product demonstration and presentation skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). - Problem-solving and customer handling abilities.Personal Attributes: - Pleasant and professional appearance. - Customer-centric and approachable attitude. - Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns. - Willingness to learn product details and cooking techniques.
