About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide escalated technical support, manage complex client issues, and assist with technology projects. This role supports Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, endpoints, and hybrid infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

- Resolve complex and business-critical technical issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VPNs, servers, and endpoints.
- Support migrations, upgrades, cloud initiatives, and system implementations.
- Apply cybersecurity best practices, including MFA and Conditional Access.
- Maintain strong client communication and ownership through resolution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- MSP experience required.




- 7+ years of IT support, systems administration, consulting, or related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to participate in after-hours and on-call support when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft and/or CCNA-level certifications.
- Experience with automation, scripting, or AI-enabled workflows.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
