Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.)

- Graduate in any discipline and preferably an MBA in HR

Minimum Experience 2-4 years of experience as a HR generalist
Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively)

- Understanding of site HR function
- Knowledge of HR / Administration Systems and Policies
- Knowledge of statutory compliances
- Regulatory Approvals skills

Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job

Responsible for supporting in all HR and Administration activities, including adherence to all statutory compliances, implementation of all policies/ procedures as per guidelines, managing employee relations

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for searching and sourcing candidates through portals, references, etc. and also coordinate for the interviews at site
- Responsible for completing the Joining Formalities & Induction
- Administering HR processes including HR systems & procedures, implementation & maintenance of policies
- Addressing issues & grievances of employees and disciplinary proceedings
- Payroll / Salary Administration including Providing monthly salary inputs related to overtime, leaves, attendance, LOP, shift working
- Ensure all statutory/ legal compliances as per the various labor laws are adhered to for respective projects for all on-rolls and contract employees at respective Projects/ Site
- Managing all employee engagement and welfare activities
- Looking after the entire general administration
