? Key Responsibilities:
? Manage the ocean export pricing and quotation process.
? Procure competitive freight rates from shipping lines, carriers, and agents.
? Negotiate rates with carriers/shipping lines to secure the most competitive pricing.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shipping Companies, CHA, Transporters, and other vendors across India Ports/ICDs.
? Maintain and regularly update buying and selling rate sheets.
? Support the Sales team by providing accurate and timely quotations.
? Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Operations teams for accurate bookings.
? Analyse pricing and ensure appropriate profit margins for every shipment and business opportunity.
? Maintain effective communication and solid relationships with all vendors.
