Technical Program Manager - Payment Networks / Switching Solutions- 7 to 10 Years - Pune

We are looking for an experienced professional with robust expertise in Technical Program Management, Payment Networks, Switching Solutions, Transaction Processing, and Cross-Functional Program Delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong program leadership skills along with meaningful experience working across product, engineering, architecture, operations, and delivery teams in complex payment environments.

Responsibilities -
Lead technical program management across a portfolio of strategically important Switching Solutions initiatives.

- Own intake management, prioritization, scope definition, sequencing, and delivery accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Lead cross-team execution forums, including Scrum of Scrums, to manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery alignment.
- Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to translate strategic priorities into executable program plans.
- Provide transparent program-level reporting on status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery readiness to leadership stakeholders.
- Drive governance across planning, execution, testing, release coordination, and operational readiness.
- Improve delivery predictability, execution discipline, stakeholder alignment,



and cross-program coordination.

Domain Expertise -
- Strong familiarity with Payment Networks and Switching Platforms.
- Experience with payment switching and transaction-routing platforms.
- Understanding of authorization and message-processing flows.
- Knowledge of clearing and post-transaction processing.
- Familiarity with ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards.
- Experience delivering highly available and operationally resilient platforms.
